MMT Service Center has been in operation for more than five years, providing reliable services mainly for foreign tourists and foreigners living in Thailand. MMT offers Serviced Apartments for short and long term stay, Real Estate services (sale and rent of properties), Car Rent, Taxi Service, Travel Arrangements, and Insurances. Furthermore, MMT has just completed two real estate projects, an exclusive condominium and an innovative attached housing project, both very close to Wongamat Beach.

MMT Service Center is managed by Mathias Maertens, a German citizen, who has been living and working in Thailand for many years. Mathias had previously run his own successful logistics company in Germany before relocating to Thailand, where he has established the MMT Service Center.

Most of the management and staff of MMT Service Center have a good command of English, Thai and German language, thus being able to communicate effectively with its business partners and customers.
